Who am I

The one sustained advance of the Communications has been without a doubt the explosive support of the Globalization of the Markets, not being unaware to the same ones the sector of the Construction, for what is of vital importance the constant adjustment in the structures managers and the correct selection of information that offered through consultants specialized in the different areas, can to interpret the necessities and services that require the Institutions and Companies that want to be positioned as leaders in a world more competitive.

Since 1979 I act  offering  professional services as consultant to companies, professional firms and owners in general on norms and codes of construction procedures in the City of Buenos Aires, audits of documentations, procedure norms and documentation control before presence of public inspection organisms, studies of feasibility of investment and development of real state projects. During this period I have also developed an intense activity like Planner, Director and Manufacturer of Works.

I have published in the last years diverse notes related with topics of my specialty like collaborator invited specialist in different journalistics companies like : the technology supplement and construction of the newspaper "La Razon", in the magazines " Ventana " and "Marketing de Obras", in the magazine "La Construccion Hoy"(Cámara Argentina de la Construccion) and in the newspapers "Clarin" and "Ambito Financiero". At the moment notes are published that write on legal aspects of my profession in the Web Site of "Arquitectura en linea" in the Legal section and in the magazines "Marketing de Obras"."Ventaana","Suplemento Económico para Pymes", "Alguien sabe demasiado" aaand "El Politicón"

In December 9, 1997 I get a Proclamation as "Architect Agustín García Puga Day" in the City of Miami (Florida – USA) by Mayor and City Commission, by virtue of having worked in the last years as an instrumental partner in promoting the City of Miami .

Since 1997 and so far, I act as consultant of the Central society of Architects, advising the days Wednesday to all the associates in topics related with aspects and interpretations of the codes of construction, urban planning and commercial licenses of the city of Bs.As.

In August of the year 2000 I am summoned by the Government of the County of Buenos Aires, to integrate and to take the responsibility in the area of Infrastructure of the "Comisión de Investigaciones sobre Seguridad en Espectáculos Deportivos",  through their president, Mr. Javier Castrilli,  position that I continue carrying out so far.

In June of the year 2003 i was designated chief of stadia inspections in the national government, position that I finished in October, 2004.
